She believes real change begins with proactive solutions—addressing root causes, such as poverty and trauma, to reduce gun violence, creating neighborhoods where safety isn't just a promise but a reality. Mental Health Access & Support

Chiara’s mission is to expand access to quality mental health care for every resident of Rochester, New York — especially our youth and underserved adults. She’s committed to building a city where no one is left behind, where therapy is accessible, crisis support is immediate, and healing starts in our homes, schools, and neighborhoods.

Barrier Free

Chiara advocates for barrier-free mental health services, housing, and safe communities because everyone deserves the right to live with dignity, stability, and support—no exceptions. That means removing the red tape, stigma, and systemic obstacles that keep people from getting the help they need, finding a safe place to live, or walking their streets without fear. This is about building a future where access and safety aren’t privileges—they’re guarantees.

Affordable Housing &
Tenants Right

In Rochester, New York, the affordable housing crisis has intensified, with fair market rents for one-bedroom units increasing by nearly 10% from fiscal year 2024 to 2025, exacerbating fears of rising homelessness. Compounding this issue, the number of homeless families surged from 109 in 2023 to 421 in 2024. In response, Chiara is championing robust tenant protections and advocating for the expansion of affordable housing initiatives to ensure every resident has access to safe and stable housing.

Gun Violence Prevention

Chiara has spent years on the frontlines of Rochester’s fight against gun violence, turning community grief into bold, grassroots action. Her platform is built entirely around ending gun violence in our city—especially in neighborhoods like 14621, where she’s led efforts through street outreach, youth engagement, and trauma support initiatives. Chiara’s mission is urgent and personal—because every life lost is one too many.
